Who we are and how to contact us

Swablu.com is an unofficial Pokémon fan site operated by LA Jackson & Company, LLC, doing business as Workshop & Web. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit this site or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email info@workshopandweb.com.

Information used to deliver and protect the site

Our website runs on Roving Studio and uses Cloudflare for website delivery and security. Requests to the site and its images can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested address, referring page, request time and security signals. Our hosting and security providers process this information to deliver content, operate the site, detect abuse and keep the service secure. Fonts are served by the site rather than loaded from a third-party font service.

Website traffic and performance measurements

Cloudflare Web Analytics is installed on this site. Its browser beacon measures page views and page performance so we can understand traffic and improve the website. Cloudflare describes this service as not collecting or using visitors' personal data. Read Cloudflare's Web Analytics information for details.

Contact messages

The contact page asks for your name, email address and message, with optional phone and subject fields. If you submit information, Roving Studio processes it to handle the request, apply spam and security checks, and, when the form is accepting messages, store or deliver it to the site operator and designated email recipient. The form may be unavailable while paused. You can contact us directly at the privacy email above. Emailing us also shares your email address and the contents of your message with our email provider and us. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form or ordinary email.

Google advertising and third-party cookies

This site is configured to use Google AdSense. When Google advertisements are shown, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to display personalized ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.

Advertising services may process IP addresses, device and browser information, cookie or advertising identifiers, pages visited and interactions with ads for ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement, reporting and fraud prevention. Other advertising vendors and networks may also participate. Google's consent message identifies the participating partners and provides their details and available choices.

Your advertising and cookie choices

Use Cookie choices in the site footer to reopen the applicable privacy controls and manage or withdraw an earlier consent. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's consent message provides consent, refusal and detailed choices before advertising that requires consent. Where Google's US state privacy message applies, its controls provide an option to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Your location alone does not give consent.

You can manage or opt out of personalized Google advertising through Google My Ad Center. You can also use YourAdChoices to opt out of personalized advertising from participating third-party vendors, or visit the vendors' own privacy and opt-out pages. These tools may apply to a particular browser or device and do not remove all advertisements. Your browser can also block or delete cookies; this may affect site features and require you to make your choices again.

Google stores advertising consent and opt-out choices through its own system. Roving's separate optional-feature choices, when used, are functional browser storage rather than advertising consent; a saved choice can be valid for up to 180 days, after which a new choice is needed. Expiry does not automatically erase browser storage. No separate optional tracking feature group, visitor account or online checkout is currently enabled on this site.

Sharing, retention and requests

The site operator and service providers described above process information for the purposes stated here. Providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own privacy terms. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for its processing and retention practices.

No automatic expiry is configured for contact submissions stored in Roving Studio. Email correspondence is retained in the recipient's mailbox until deleted; it has no site-controlled automatic expiry. Hosting and security logs follow the relevant provider's retention settings. Google controls advertising-cookie and advertising-data retention; the linked Google policies describe these periods. We do not promise one deletion period for all these separate systems.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your privacy regulator. Send requests to the privacy email above. We may need information to verify a request and may retain information where required for legal obligations or security. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that took place before withdrawal.

Children and policy changes

This is a general-audience information site. It does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it. Do not submit a child's personal information in a message.

We may update this policy as the site or its services change. The date above identifies the latest update.
